Why this exists
Most IT firms won't publish their pricing.
They rank nationally, ask you to call for a discovery meeting, and you don't know the cost until you have sat through a call. That is the whole opportunity here, and it is the reason this site reads the way it does.

Services
Five lanes. Everything else gets a name and a phone number.
Configuring, managing, monitoring and securing the equipment you already own — plus the projects that replace it. Each lane has its own page, with what is included and what is not.
Managed IT
Monitoring, patching, endpoint protection, backup and helpdesk for the machines you already own — documented as the work is done, reported every month.
Details02Compliance groundwork
HIPAA security-rule readiness, NIST SP 800-171 self-assessment support, and the cyber-insurance questionnaire your carrier sends at renewal.
Details03Projects
Microsoft 365 migrations, firewall and identity configuration, backups proven by an actual restore. Billed hourly against a written, bounded scope.
Details04Cloud & self-hosting
Self-hosted alternatives to per-seat SaaS: the subscription bill audited and consolidated, and what makes sense moved onto infrastructure you own.
Details05Private AI
A language model answering questions over your own documents, on hardware you control, with nothing sent to a third-party service. It will sometimes be wrong, and self-hosting is not compliance — both are said on the page.
DetailsHow it starts
Nobody hands their network to a stranger. So buy something small first.
The first engagement is an assessment with a fixed scope, fixed hours and a written deliverable. No contract follows it automatically. If you take the report to whoever runs your IT today, that is a legitimate outcome and the fee still bought you something.
What you get
- Network and edge scan — what is on the wire, and what should not be
- Active Directory / Entra ID review: accounts, admin rights, MFA coverage
- Patch state and end-of-life inventory across servers and endpoints
- Backup verification — including whether a restore has ever been tested
- Written findings and a prioritised roadmap, costed and dated
- Follow-up work to remediate findings — quoted separately at hourly rates

Scope
What we deliver and what we don't.
We configure, manage, monitor, and secure equipment that already exists. We do not pull cable or mount hardware, do electrical work, install or monitor alarms, fit locks and access-control systems, or take investigative work. California licenses those trades. When a project needs one, we specify exactly what is required and introduce you to a licensed contractor directly.
We also will not tell you that you will never be breached. What we will put in writing is checkable and measurable: what is monitored, how often it is patched, when backups are tested, and what the response plan covers when something goes wrong.
Next step
Start with the assessment, not with a contract.
Tell us how many people you have, what breaks most often, and when your current IT agreement renews. We'll tell you plainly whether an assessment is the right next step for your situation.
